We’ve chosen to plant roots here because the construction industry is an amazing amalgamation of people with pride, resilience and loyalty. I’ve spent most of my career in this space because I love the realness of the people in this industry and I want to ensure they remain skilled, safe and steadfast.
Building out a people-focused initiative will take 3 – 6 months to complete. By starting this program now, you’ll be able to have a formalized program rolled out by September. Holding out longer means waiting to have something built in 2025.

I’m the CEO and founder of Building PPL, a leading Massachusetts-based construction learning and development consulting firm. In my role, I connect my client list of small and mid-sized construction companies with innovative L&D solutions that begin by investing in people.

After over a decade of holding major titles like Senior Global Learning Specialist for TripAdvisor, Director of Talent for Dellbrook | JKS, and L&D Manager at Suffolk Construction, I wanted to make more space for my family.
I believe strongly in the power of lived experiences as part of my expertise, and I regularly serve as a thought leader in the L&D space, most recently having served as a speaker for the Associated General Contractors (AGC), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Training Magazine and Startup Boston Week. I’m a member of the AGC and the ABC of Massachusetts. I hold a BS in Business Administration from the University at Albany, SUNY, along with holding certifications as a PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and Certified Professional Coach.
