Colantonio was experiencing remarkable growth as a small business and needed to relook at a lot of the operations of their business to see how they could be enhanced, improved and reduced, where needed. In particular, Colantonio  was looking to decrease some of their overall expenses while also increasing the utilization of their systems. 

Driven by unwavering commitment to integrity and a relentless pursuit of surpassing client expectations, Colantonio embarked on a journey of enhancing its workforce’s skills and capabilities through the Workforce Training Fund Program.  The training program incorporated elements such as specific construction technology platforms including Bluebeam, Vista and P6, report writing, Microsoft Excel, time management, Supervisor training, leadership development and effective communication.
