Continuing Education Should Not Feel Like Eating a Dry Sandwich

Have you heard of “dry sandwich” training? 

Maybe you haven’t heard of it per se, but we have a feeling you’ve endured too many dry sandwiches in your lifetime. 

We’ve all been part of continuing education courses that took more energy to stay awake than to actually retain useful information. 

*Cue the half-awake, glazed eye effect.* 

We like to call that training a dry sandwich. 

That’s the kind of training created solely to tick off boxes and put butts in seats.

That doesn’t sit right with us (pun intended), and we’re sure it doesn’t get you any closer to achieving your goals.
