Upon speaking with clients, we like to understand their business goals. We often here, increase profitability, improve labor productivity, streamline and/or enhance our processes. This is great information. But we need more. How much do you want to increase profitability by? What would success look like if we enhanced your processes? These are some of our favorite conversations. These conversations get people thinking about the future, about data. It’s important to understand where you currently stand to understand where you want to be in the future. Learning and Development is all about the future.

Big picture goals we’ve been working on with our clients:

From these goals, here is how we’ve managed to create tangible, measurable goals. So excited to see where these companies are in their future state!

  • ACHIEVED! Decrease our major losses by 25% from $3,200,000 down to 2,400,000
  • Decrease the cost of our time of getting off projects by 30% (from $500,000 over the last two years to a maximum of $350,000 or less over that same time frame)
  • Increase our Sales Capture Rate by 10% from 30% to 40% negotiated work and 10% – 20% non-negotiated work annually.
  • Be able to get rid of the 3rd party schedulers on nearly 20% of our projects and decrease that to 0% in two years.
  • ACHIEVED! At our current staff level of 81 employees, we believe this program will teach our employees to rethink how they have been selling and recruiting to increase their sales by 24% from $50 Million to $62 Million within 12 months.
  • ACHIEVED! Increase our product releases from 6 times annually to 12 times annually, or once a month.
  • ACHIEVED! We’d like to see a 20% increase in new clients and projects over the next two years.
  • Increase the number of women in leadership roles on our tech teams from 0% to 25% over the next two years.
  • Scale our workforce from 68 people currently to over 350 people in the next two years.
  • Currently, 6% of our workforce is skilled in Passive Housing. We would like to increase that percentage to 15% over the next 2 years.
  • We aim to grow 20% per year over 5 years, increasing our revenue from $400 million today to $800 million.
  • Increase our pipeline from 1 therapeutic platform in clinical trial to 3 in clinical trials in 2-3 years.
  • With 25% of our senior leaders retiring in the next 2 years, our aim is to fill 80% of these roles in-house through growth of our more junior staff rather than hiring externally.
  • ACHIEVED! A decrease in total weekly meeting hours by 40% from an average of 18.75 hours/week per employee to an average of 11.25 hours/week per employee.
  • To increase the percentage of employees who report “I know what is expected of me” from 72% to 82%.
  • We are currently utilizing 20% of the Vista program that we’ve implemented and would like to be closer to 70-80% utilization in the next two years.
