With a high turnover and a headache of annual recruiting fees, the real damage wasn’t just financial.  Knowledge kept walking out the door, and leaders were stuck holding everything together instead of running jobs. The work they were providing to clients was exceptional. The people systems weren’t.

Our Approach

We weren’t brought in to hire faster. Our role was to help them keep the people they already had and set up new hires to succeed once they walked in the door. That meant:

  • A 3-year rotational program with college recruiting, manager training, and hour-by-hour onboarding
  • Role-based onboarding across the entire company (55 onboardings coordinated in year one alone)
  • Monthly workshops — increasingly taught by internal experts so knowledge stayed in-house
  • Career paths, skill expectations, and visibility into company-wide gaps
  • A 2-day leadership offsite
