Olesia Adams is curiosity in motion. As Director of Learning & Development, she channels her lifelong-learner energy into programs that help clients land their “aha!” moment and then build the systems to make that moment stick.

Her path to L&D didn’t follow a straight line, and that’s exactly what makes her so good at it. Olesia cut her teeth in the investment banking world, where editing and administration sharpened her eye for detail and her instinct for what makes complex things run smoothly. From there, she moved into recruiting before stepping into the L&D seat at Building PPL. That blend, the precision of finance, the people-first thinking of recruiting, and the builder mindset of L&D, is her signature.

Today, she designs programs that connect employees’ day-to-day growth to the bigger picture: helping teams retain critical knowledge, tighten up processes, and feel genuinely invested in the work they do.

Off the clock, Olesia is almost always outside with her family. This past ski season, she logged 30+ days on her snowboard, and the warmer months bring boating, fishing, and paddle boarding with her husband and kids. Back home, she’s cooking with her sous chefs (a.k.a. her kiddos) and finally checking “play an instrument” off the bucket list. Her husband plays piano, the kids are picking it up too, and Olesia is taking guitar lessons to round out the family band
